Pawsome Dog Walking - Terms and Conditions
- Services Offered:
Pawsome Dog Walking provides solo and group dog walks, pet pop-in services, and pet sitting for clients residing in Conisbrough, Doncaster, UK and surrounding areas at their discretion. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Booking and Payment:
Clients must book services in advance by contacting Pawsome Dog Walking via phone or email. Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service, collected the Sunday prior to services carried out that week. Payment methods accepted include cash or bank transfer. If payment is being made via bank transfer the client must send proof of payment.
- Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations, rescheduling of services is at Pawsome Dog Walking's discretion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to the client upon booking. Where a female dog is in season and for safety of the dog, clients are urged to inform Pawsome Dog Walking immediately, if within the 24 hour period the walk will be cancelled and the payment refunded.
- Health and Safety:
Pawsome Dog Walking reserves the right to refuse services to any pet deemed aggressive, unwell, or in need of urgent veterinary attention. Clients must provide up-to-date vaccination records for their pets upon request. Clients must inform Pawsome Dog Walking of any medical conditions, allergies, known behavioural issues, or special requirements pertaining to their pet.
- Liability:
While Pawsome Dog Walking will take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of pets in their care, clients understand and acknowledge that all services are provided at their own risk. Pawsome Dog Walking shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to pets, property, or persons, except in cases of negligence on the part of Pawsome Dog Walking.
- Keys and Access:
Clients must provide Pawsome Dog Walking with a spare key or alternative access instructions to their property for the purpose of carrying out services. Pawsome Dog Walking will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of clients' keys and access information. Clients' keys will be placed in a locked cabinet outside of operational hours.
- Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing necessary supplies such as food, water, medications, leashes, towels and other essentials for their pets. Clients are responsible for ensuring their pets are adequately exercised, fed, and hydrated before and after the scheduled service.
- Privacy Policy:
Pawsome Dog Walking respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as required to by law.
- Feedback and Complaints:
Pawsome Dog Walking welcomes feedback from clients and endeavors to address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Clients are encouraged to contact Pawsome Dog Walking directly with any feedback or complaints.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Pawsome Dog Walking reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the official website.
