We take our customers privacy very seriously. 

Pawsome Dog Walking is a small family run business in Conisbrough, Doncaster who complies fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018). 

A customers home address, email and mobile number is used with permission by Pawsome Dog Walking to gain access to a customers property to look after the customers pet(s). This information is also used to get in contact with customers when required in regards to pet care or updates and changes to our business that may affect the customer.  

Pawsome Dog Walking do not handle direct debits and therefore do not require any bank details from our customers. 

Any emergency contact information provided to Pawsome Dog Walking by the customer, with permission from the secondary contact, is used only in an emergency. This secondary contact is only contacted if Pawsome Dog Walking cannot get into contact with the owner in the first instance.  

Pawsome Dog Walking do not pass any customer information on to second or third parties and do not use customer information for any purposes other than for requirements to look after the customers pet(s). 

Pawsome Dog Walking deal with all marketing & advertising in-house and therefore no need is required for customer information to be passed on outside of the business. 

All pet care forms completed by the customer and signed upon a home consultation with Pawsome Dog Walking are kept locked away in a safe place, along with any and all keys to customers properties. 

Customer pet care forms and property keys are only used by Pawsome Dog Walking with permission from the owner, as agreed and signed for when a customer has booked in any pet care service. 

Pawsome Dog Walking never keep customer personal information longer than needed. Therefore if a customer no longer wishes to use any service of Pawsome Dog Walking, that customers personal information will be disposed of correctly and safely in line with the General Data Protection Regulation and within 24 hours of a customers written leaving notice. 

If at any time Pawsome Dog Walking ceases trading, all customers will have two weeks notice via letter or email. All customers personal data will be disposed of correctly and safely in line with the General Data Protection Regulation within 24 hours of the set closing date. 

All customer keys will be handed back in person by Pawsome Dog Walking at a date convenient and stated by the customer. Pawsome Dog Walking will not post out any keys to the customers home address under any circumstances.
